Product highlight 3D probe
May we introduce our new product highlight: the 3D probe.
This universally applicable measuring device convinces with a high functionality and flexibility as well as with precise measuring results.
The 3D probe impresses with its slim housing for a better overview in the machine. The measuring system with a display accuracy of 0.01 mm remains stable from the start and when changing direction. The pointer movement can be read without any doubt due to the fast and precise alignment. Due to the mechanical end stops inside the probe unit, all destructive forces are already intercepted in front of the measuring unit in case of a crash. This actively prevents damage to the measuring unit. The 3D probe is supplied with a Ø 3 mm ceramic probe insert.
The 3D probe determines workpiece datums and linear dimensions easily, quickly and precisely. In addition, workpieces or vices can be aligned parallel to the machine axis using the 3D probe.
