Design
The machine vice has a stable steel base body and all guides are hardened and ground on all sides. Likewise, the vice has hardened clamping slides with cross grooves on all sides and ground functional surfaces. The mechanical clamping system with power transmitter is operated manually. The drive spindle is provided with pre-setting of clamping force. The NC compact clamp is supplied with one fixed and one movable stepped jaw.
Benefit
The machine vice is ideal for use on machining centers. The stable chip protection prevents chips from entering the interior of the body. Lubricating nipples on both sides allow lubrication of all subjected to wear guides and the spindle thread. In addition, the clamping range can be extended by turning the clamping jaws.
